Refunds: All refunds will be issued as a credit to your account. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.
Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the equipment is unused and in new condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied before accepting any returns. This fee will be deducted from your account credit or charged to the client.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your equipment. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to, custom-built equipment (non-stock items), and items marked as final sale.
